TBS 缓冲液是生物学中常使用的等渗缓冲盐溶液，主要用于免疫组化和原位杂交，酶联免疫等实验中，清 洗免疫印迹实验中非特异性结合的抗体等。由 Tris-HCl 构成稳定的 PH 缓冲体系，NaCl 提供等渗条件。
4℃保存可延长产品保质期，长期不用建议低温保存。若产品出现结晶析出，请置于 37℃水浴至完全溶解。

Tris-buffered saline (abbreviated TBS) is a buffer used in some biochemical techniques to maintain the pH within a relatively narrow range. Tris (with HCl) has a slightly alkaline buffering capacity in the 7–9.2 range.
TBS has many uses because it is isotonic and non-toxic. It can be used to dilute substances used in laboratory experiments. Additives can be used to add to a compound's functionality.
TBS is often used in immuno-blotting for both membrane washing and antibody dilution.
