产品简介：
Western Blot 一抗二抗洗脱液(Stripping buffer)又称膜再生液或一抗二抗去除液，用于Western 中结合了抗体的膜的重复利用。本产品采用酸性洗涤配方，不含有β-qiu基乙醇等有机试剂，能够快速有效的去除结合在印迹膜上的抗体，随后可使用不同的抗体进行下一轮Western Blot 实验，因而可利用同一张膜进行多次蛋白检测，适用于少量样品多次检测不同的蛋白质。即使样品量并不匮乏，采用这一方法多次检测同一张膜上的蛋白，大大节约时间，而且可以消除重新上样带来的误差。 

使用方法

1. 将曝光后的膜取出，加入适量的洗脱液（洗脱液充分覆盖膜表面），室温振摇孵育 15 分钟左右（孵育时间应根据不同的目的蛋白来调整：比如内参抗体等表达量较高的蛋白，使用洗脱液时可以延长孵育时间至 1 小时或者在 37℃ 孵育 30 分钟）；

2. 弃去洗脱液，用 15mL 缓冲液(PBST 或 TBST) 洗膜 3 次，每次 5 分钟，室温振摇；

3. 为了检测酶标二抗洗脱是否完全，此时可以用显色方法来确定二抗是否洗脱掉；

4. 待检测完毕，确认膜上无残留的酶活性，再生后的膜通过加入 15mL 的封闭液进行封闭，室温 30 分钟或者 2~8℃封闭过夜；

5. 重新加入待测一抗，进行下一轮的 Western Blot 实验。 

注意事项：
1. 建议先检测表达量较低的目的蛋白，用洗脱液处理后检测表达量高的蛋白，如内参蛋白等；
2. 使用 ECL 等类似的化学发光试剂进行的 Western 检测适用本试剂。使用非化学发光试剂进行的 Western 检测， 例如 DAB， NBT/BCIP，不适用于本试剂。
3. 本产品仅限于专业人员的科学研究用，不得用于临床诊断或治疗，不得用于食品或药品。

Product Introduction:
Western Blot Stripping buffer, also known as membrane regenerating solution or stripping solution, is used to reuse the antibody bound membrane in Western. This product uses an acid washing formula and does not contain organic reagents such as β-qiu based ethanol, which can quickly and effectively remove antibodies bound to the blotted film. Then different antibodies can be used for the next round of Western Blot experiment, so the same film can be used for multiple protein detection, which is suitable for multiple detection of different proteins in a small number of samples. Even if the sample size is not scarce, using this method to detect the protein on the same membrane several times, greatly saving time, and can eliminate the error caused by re-sampling.

Usage method

1. Remove the exposed film, add an appropriate amount of eluent (the eluent fully covers the surface of the film), and incubate at room temperature for about 15 minutes (the incubation time should be adjusted according to different target proteins: for proteins with high expression levels such as internal reference antibodies, the incubation time can be extended to 1 hour or 30 minutes at 37℃ when using eluent);

2. Discard the eluent, wash the film with 15mL buffer (PBST or TBST) for 3 times, 5 minutes each time, and shake at room temperature;

3. In order to test whether the elution of enzyme-labeled secondary antibody is complete, color rendering method can be used to determine whether the secondary antibody is elated;

4. After the test is completed, it is confirmed that there is no residual enzyme activity on the membrane, and the regenerated membrane is sealed by adding 15mL sealing liquid, at room temperature for 30 minutes or 2~8℃ overnight;

5. Re-add the primary antibody to be tested and conduct the next round of Western Blot experiment.

Note:
1. It is recommended to detect the target protein with low expression level first, and then detect the protein with high expression level after treatment with eluent, such as internal reference protein;
2. This reagent is applicable to Western detection using ECL and similar chemiluminescent reagents. Western assays performed with non-chemiluminescent reagents, such as DAB, NBT/BCIP, are not applicable to this reagent.
3. This product is only used for scientific research by professionals, shall not be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment, and shall not be used for food or medicine.

Validity: Transport at room temperature, store at 2 ~ 8℃, valid for 12 months.
