苑菜红染料、表面活性剂、增稠剂、无机盐及蒸馏水混合物，其表面张力及粘度类似血液和其他体液。

参照标准 GB YY 0469 ；GB 19083-2023

合成血应符合如下要求：

表面张力：(0.042±0.002)N/m;

pH:7.3±0.1;

粘度：(2.7±0.3)mPa.s;

存储运输：常温运输，阴凉保存，有效期12个月

注：本试验方法中的合成血不模拟血液和体液的所有特性。例如，合成血不模拟极性、颜色、润湿性、凝结性或细胞物质的性质。无生物特征。

The medical mask sample is supported on the test device. A certain volume of synthetic blood is sprayed horizontally onto the mask sample, simulating the scene where the mask is sprayed with blood from perforated blood vessels. The liquid volume, jetting distance, nozzle diameter and jetting speed were determined in the test method to make it consistent with the medical activity process.

If there is penetration of synthetic blood on the side of the mask in contact with the wearer's face, the mask is unqualified.

NOTE: The synthetic blood in this test method does not simulate all the properties of blood and body fluids. For example, synthetic blood does not mimic polarity, wettability, coagulation, or properties of cellular material.
