产品简介：

细胞冻存是细胞培养、引种、保种和保证实验顺利进行的重要技术手段。在细胞建株和建系中，及时冻存原始细胞是十分重要的。在杂交瘤单克隆抗体的制备过程中，杂交瘤细胞、每次克隆化得到的亚克隆细胞的冻存保种常常是必不可少的实验操作。因为在没有建立一个稳定的细胞系或稳定分泌抗体的细胞系的时候，细胞的培养过程中随时可能因细胞的污染、分泌抗体能力的丧失或遗传变异等等导致实验失败，如果没有原始细胞的冻存，则因为上述的意外而前功尽弃。

通用细胞冻存液(无血清)主要由培养基、冷冻保护剂等组成，不含血清，是一种经典的无菌冻存液。用于各种哺乳动物原代细胞、传代细胞系、杂交瘤细胞等的冻存。

使用说明：

本产品的使用方法同其他细胞冻存液基本一致，原则上细胞每支冻存管含 1-10×10⁶/ml。
收集待冻存的细胞，最后一次离心后弃掉上清液，加入细胞冻存液，重悬、吹散沉淀的细胞，
分装入细胞冻存管，密封标记后按常规操作流程依次经 4℃，-20℃，-80℃直至液氮罐或用程序降温仪逐级降温冻存。

注意事项：

1. 取用冻存液均要在超净工作台内无菌操作。
2. 初次使用融化后可在 2-8℃避光保存至少 1 个月，少量蛋白析出不影响冻存效果。
3. 冻存时从室温可快速降到 0℃，再降温时一般按每分钟降温 1～2℃，待降至-70℃以下时可放入液氮中，在液氮中细胞可保存数年或更长时间。

4. 冻存的杂交瘤细胞要定期复苏，检查细胞的活性和分泌抗体的稳定性。
